Coaching has had a profound impact on me personally, I gained a deep understanding on what I was capable of achieving and a real sense of clarity on the impact I could make. In coaching we adopt a strengths approach to how we can strive for sustainable and lasting change. Coaching is a process that facilitates personal and or professional development. We partner up to look at new thinking and new perspectives.
The fundamentals of coaching are when a client wants more of something from life, or less of something in life. We focus on moving you forward to set goals that will give you the life and career you really want.
Throughout the coaching relationship we look at what we are doing, and in some cases not doing to achieve the results we want. It’s not about how good you are now, it’s about how good you’re going to be.

I am a qualified coach with neuroscience via Positive Success Group and accredited with The WACN – World Association of Coaching with Neuroscience.
